SAMA recently supplied an innovative slip casting plant for big parts to a famous Germany porcelaine manufacturer with high demand in quality

 Advantages:

• Applicable for big parts which are not easily to cast in other respects, for example floor vases and suchlike also for a high demand in quality
• Precise, steady filling of the plaster mould independent from article shape and size
• Modelling sucking off of the revolving plaster mould, PLC-controlled
• Humanisation of the physical hard work by elimination of the dumping of the slip
• Separate docking stations for a specific body creation during the new loading of the plant
• Increase of productivity by a most economic, automatic casting and sucking off of the slip

The plant was developed together with the specialised staff of the client and is in operation to the full satisfaction of the client for a certain time period.
