Based on the linear system for porcelain or ceramic plate-feet grinding machines (system Zeidler/Netzsch) proven over decades, SAMA has developped a new generation of footed plate grinding machines for both, the dry-grinding and the wet grinding principle.
The new universal plate foot grinding machine, by utilising the diamond wet grinding process, can also be used when the highes quality of footed plates are required.
The machine concept is of a modular construction, which dependent of the customer requirements, can incorporate 2, 3 or 4 grinding / polishing stations.
The articles to be ground are trnasported intermittently on the foot to the actual grinding stations. It is not necessary to turn them.
Special machines are available for cup-feet and cup-rims.
